Veil & Virtue is a UK-based fashion brand specialising in chic, modest clothing for Muslim women. We offer a carefully curated selection of abayas, hijabs, niqabs, and other modest fashion essentials designed to help you feel confident and beautiful.


2. What sizes do you offer?

Our abayas are available in sizes 52” to 62”, catering to different heights and body types. We provide a detailed size chart on each product page to help you find the perfect fit. If you’re unsure about sizing, feel free to contact us for personalised assistance.


3. Where are your garments made?

All our garments are made in the UAE, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and authentic fabrics. We work with skilled manufacturers who prioritise comfort and durability and in every piece.


ORDERS AND PAYMENTS


4. How do I place an order?

Simply browse our website, add your favourite items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Once you’ve entered your details and payment information, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email.


5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit and credit cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.


6. Do you offer Buy Now, Pay Later options?

No, we do not offer any Buy Now, Pay Later options such as Klarna or Clearpay. This is due to the risk of Riba (interest), which we do not want to impose on our customers.


7. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Once an order has been placed, we begin processing it as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to assist you. However, we cannot guarantee modifications once processing has begun.

8. Where do you ship to?

9. How long will my order take to arrive after dispatch?

UK Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days

UK Express Delivery: 1-2 working days

International Shipping: 3-14 working days (depending on the destination and service selected)

Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons.


10. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its progress.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES


11. What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may return unworn, unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.


12. Can I return hijabs, niqabs, or gloves?

Hijabs can be returned as long as they are unworn and in their original packaging.

Niqabs and gloves are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.


13. How do I initiate a return?

Please use our contact form to get in touch with us, providing your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to send the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.


14. Can I exchange an item?

Yes, if you need a different size or colour, we offer exchanges for eligible items. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

Using a low-heat iron or steamer to remove wrinkles
