Shipping policy
Dispatch
Shipping times displayed at checkout may vary and do not include the time taken for packaging and dispatch. Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 working days after the payment has cleared. Orders may experience delays in dispatch time during busy sale periods.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on UK orders above the amount of £50. We may at any time offer free shipping with various minimum order totals, or similarly, we may retract our free shipping promotions at any time without notice.
General Shipping Information
On some occasions, if more than one order is made to the same delivery name and address and the first order has not yet been dispatched, your items may be packaged into one parcel. Similarly, due to the number of items ordered, there may be occasions where items in one order will be shipped out in multiple packages.
PLEASE NOTE
You must provide a valid postal address and email address. Veil & Virtue will not take responsibility for costs incurred for lost packages as a result of incorrect address details being provided.
We will always book deliveries to be shipped to the address provided by the customer. We cannot take responsibility for delays that may occur with the courier. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure someone is available to receive the package at the allocated delivery time/day.
International orders are likely to be subject to customs import duty and taxes. We will not be responsible for any customs or import charges applied by your home country if outside of the UK. Parcels will be held by the shipping company until the fee is paid by the customer.
Tracking your order
When applicable, a tracking number will be emailed to you upon dispatch, via the email you have provided.
Shipping Problems or Delays
If you experience a delay with your order delivery, please refer back to your shipping confirmation email and make contact with the shipping company. Request an update to the whereabouts of your parcel. You will need to provide your tracking number and possibly confirm the delivery name and address.
